Hi, Iβm Tamara.
Meet the Founder
ABOUT ME
I'm a mentor, psychology graduate, and community practitioner with a passion for helping women build confidence, emotional grounding, and a stronger sense of self. Throughout my career, I've supported young people and women across community, education, employability, wellbeing, and mentoring programmes.
Local leaders and organisations have recognised my work for its compassionate, empowering, and person-centred approach. Glow & Grace was born from a question I've carried for a long time: Why aren't there more spaces where women can grow together, learn from one another, and develop with both confidence and grace?
I've always believed that personal growth shouldn't require you to become harder, louder, or less yourself. I believe confidence can be soft, ambition can be intentional, and growth can happen in a way that honours your values. Glow & Grace is my answer to that belief.
My vision is to create a space where women feel supported as they navigate life, build confidence, develop emotional resilience, and step into the woman they are becoming.
WHY GLOW AND GRACE WAS CREATED
Glow & Grace was created from a passion for supporting women through personal growth, emotional grounding, confidence-building, and life transitions. With a background in psychology, mentoring, wellbeing, and community-based youth work, Tamara has supported young women across schools, grassroots organisations, employability programmes, and wellbeing spaces.
Her work has been recognised for its professionalism, compassion, and impact within the community, including recognition from local leadership and youth organisations. Glow & Grace was created to provide the kind of space many women are searching for, one that encourages growth with softness, structure, emotional awareness, and intention.
Rooted in faith-inspired values, personal development, and practical guidance, Glow & Grace exists to help women become more grounded, confident, and aligned within themselves.
CREATIVE APPROACHES TO COACHING: SINGING & ORIGINAL MUSIC CREATION
Creativity has always been an important part of my journey and continues to shape the way I mentor today. From a young age, I discovered the power of creative expression through music. Early in my journey, I had the opportunity to write the leading song for a BBC documentary. This experience deepened my belief that creativity can inspire, connect, and give people a voice.
Since then, I've continued to explore music as both a personal passion and a way of empowering others. As a member of Southbank Sauti Choir, I've had the privilege of performing alongside internationally recognised artists, including Chaka Khan and AnaΓ―s, celebrating the power of music, culture and community.
Alongside performing, I've written original music and delivered singing workshops in schools, creating supportive spaces where young people can build confidence, express themselves creatively and discover their own voices. Although I don't believe you have to be the loudest voice in the room to make an impact, I do believe every person deserves the opportunity to express themselves with confidence. Whether through mentoring conversations, workshops or music, my aim has always been the same: to help people recognise their strengths, develop self-belief and feel empowered to become who they are created to be.
For me, mentoring and creativity go hand in hand. Both are about creating safe spaces where growth, confidence and transformation can flourish.

πΈ THE GLOW & GRACE WOMAN *
Who is the Glow & Grace Woman?
She is becoming.
She is learning to trust herself.
She values growth but refuses to rush her journey.
She wants confidence that feels authentic, not performative.
She seeks peace, purpose, emotional stability, and meaningful connection.
She is building a life that reflects her values, not just other people's expectations.
She understands that grace is not something you are born withβit is something you cultivate.
